I thought I was having problems because I was trying to create a total of three partitions, but that's not it. Starting with one partition and Boot Camp Assistant, Windows 7 (Pro, 32-bit) installation fails because 'A required CD/DVD drive device driver is missing'. During windows setup where I am supposed to select a partition to install windows on, I get nothing. Like in win XP i have to install a 3rd party device driver for the HDD's to show up. However, when I insert the created device driver disk windows does not detect any driver and cannot see my partitions. I am Installing from computer boot (thus, clean install) and have created a driver disk from ITE's latest drivers. I have also attempted to use USB flash to no avail. My MoBo is an ASUS P5GD1-VM.
